2. Are The Clean Society’s product free from chemicals?
Our products are plant-based and free from toxic/harsh chemicals. We source for high quality, plant-based ingredients that doesn’t harm you nor the environment. We are against harsh and toxic chemicals such as paraben, sulfates, formaldehyde, synthetic fragrance and other carcinogenic ingredients.
3. How are The Clean Society’s products different from the cleaners in the market?
Our products are pH neutral, which is safe to be used on all surfaces including marble, stainless steel, etc. TCS Wax Cleaner is unique in a way whereby it can be used to polish all surfaces, including car interiors.
4. Are TCS products animal cruelty free?
DEFINITELY! No cute animals are harmed in the process of producing TCS products.
5. How to purchase?
Kindly purchase by sending us a DM in our Facebook/Instagram page as we are still working on the mechanism of the checkout page. Just send us a message and our friendly customer service assistant will guide you.
6. How long does delivery take?
You can expect your parcel to reach your doorstep within 2-5 days upon shipping. If you have yet to receive it within the said timeframe, please contact us and we will help you to check with our courier partner.
7. Do you deliver to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)?
Unfortunately, due our courier partners do not cover certain areas in East Malaysia. Thus, shipping to East Malaysia is not supported at the moment.
8. What if there is defect on my parcel?
In case of defect, kindly send us a picture via email conservia.es@gmail.com/send a message to our social media page. We will replace your defected item and shipping fee is on us!
